About the Cy Team The Cy team is building Cyera’s AI agents — intelligent, production-grade agents that help users understand complex security and data environments, automate investigations, surface insights, and take action faster. As part of this team, you’ll help shape how AI agents are embedded across the Cyera platform, turning complex workflows into intuitive, autonomous, and assisted experiences for our customers. Responsibilities As a Full Stack Team Lead on the Cy team at Cyera, you’ll lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of engineers while staying hands-on in building the AI agents that power our platform end-to-end. Lead and mentor: Manage a team of full-stack developers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and support to ensure successful delivery. Build AI agents: Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents — including tool use, orchestration, memory, guardrails, and evaluation — that reason over Cyera’s data and act on behalf of our users. Bring agentic capabilities across the platform: Lead the effort to embed AI agents into Cyera’s workflows, transforming manual processes into autonomous and assisted experiences that scale with our customers. Drive analytics and operational intelligence: Build agents that surface insights, automate investigations, support reporting, and help users make faster, better operational and security decisions. Work on a massive scale: Our customers have petabytes of cloud assets and sensitive data. You’ll be responsible for extracting insights and delivering them through agents, UI, and API. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product Managers to shape product scope, with UI/UX designers to create exceptional agent and frontend experiences, and with other engineering teams to integrate agentic capabilities across the platform. Optimize relentlessly: Continuously improve performance, efficiency, agent quality, and stability — across pipelines, evaluations, monitoring, production workflows, and developer infrastructure and velocity. Requirements: 4+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer. 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring engineers. Hands-on experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications — including tool use, orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation — is a strong advantage. Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or a similar frontend framework. Backend expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, or similar — and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to provide technical guidance and lead architectural decisions. Strong product and customer orientation — motivated to create real value for users.
