הובלה טכנולוגית וניהולית של תחום התוכנה והאפליקציות הארגוניות בארגון, תוך התמקדות בניהול, פיתוח, תחזוקה ואינטגרציה של מערכת ה-Priority ERP - מומחה פריוריטי בכיר (hands-on) תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:
1. הסמכות המקצועית והטכנולוגית העליונה בארגון עבור מערכת ה
-Priority ERP- אחריות מלאה מקצה לקצה על ניתוח תהליכים עסקיים, פיננסיים, לוגסטים ותפעוליים, עיצוב ארכיטקטורה, פיתוח קוד מתקדם במערכת, והטמעת מודולים חדשים
2. ניהול פרויקטים וספקים: הובלת פרויקטי רוחב סביב מערכת ה-ERP משלב הייזום ועד לעלייה לאוויר. ניהול העבודה מול בתי תוכנה חיצוניים, מיישמים ויועצים 3
. הובלת פרויקטי רוחב חוצי-ארגון, וסנכרון בין מערכות המידע השונות (ERP, PLM, ,MES אפליקציות ייעודיות וכלי אוטומציה) לטובת תמיכה ביעדים העסקיים והתפעוליים של החברה.
4. ניהול והובלת צוות: ניהול ישיר, חניכה והנחיה מקצועית של צוות מפתחי ומיישמי פריוריטי ואנשי אפליקציות. אחריות על חלוקת משימות, בקרת איכות קוד (Code Review) ועמידה בלו"ז.
5. ניהול ואחריות על מערך התוכנות והאפליקציות הארגוניות: ניהול, הובלה, תפעול ותחזוקה של כלל תוכנות הארגון, לרבות מערכות משאבי אנוש (HiBob), מערכות קריאות שירות (Helpdesk), מערכתCRM, ניהול משימות (Monday) ומערכות אנליטיקה ודיווח (BI).
דרישות התפקיד:
1. מומחיות עומק ב -Priority ERP ותהליכים ארגוניים: ניסיון מעשי (Hands-on) של 7 שנים ומעלה בפיתוח מתקדם, יישום והטמעה של מערכת Priority. הבנה תהליכית מעמיקה ומוכחת בעולמות הפיננסים (הנהלת חשבונות, תקציבים, מרכזי רווח) והלוגיסטיקה (ניהול מלאי, שרשרת אספקה, רכש, ומערכי הפצה). שליטה מוחלטת ב-SDK, בפרוטוקולים ובמנגנונים הפנימיים של המערכת – חובה.

. רקע תעשייתי: ניסיון בעבודה בארגון יצרני, תעשייתי או ביטחוני (היכרות עם רצפת ייצור או ממשקי הנדסה) – יתרון משמעותי. 5
. ניסיון בניהול ותפעול אפליקציות ארגוניות מגוונות: ניסיון מעשי בניהול ותחזוקת מערכות מידע ארגוניות כגון: עולמות הPPM , HR, BI, CRM וכדומה.
6. השכלה ושפות: תואר ראשון רלוונטי (מערכות מידע/מדעי המחשב/תעשייה וניהול) ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
