Public Relations Coordinator

What You'll Do

PR & Media

• Prepare press kits and media materials.

• Write press releases and PR content.

• Collect and organize materials for campaign recaps, monthly reports, and influencer coverage.

• Track, document, and manage ongoing PR activities across the department.

Influencer & Celebrity Relations

• Coordinate and monitor influencer and celebrity campaigns.

• Support media outreach, high-profile events, and brand collaborations.

• Identify emerging influencers and industry talent.

• Build and maintain influencer communities for each brand.

• Manage influencer databases, including contracts, collaborations, and market pricing.

Logistics & Operations

• Coordinate product gifting and deliveries for influencers and celebrities.

• Manage inventory with warehouses.

• Handle packaging and day-to-day operational tasks.

• Coordinate with courier and logistics providers.

• Support PR events and related logistics.

Requirements

• Experience working with influencers and celebrities.

• Experience writing content or PR materials.

• Previous logistics and/or administrative experience, preferably in the fashion industry.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• High level of English (written and spoken) - mandatory.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the Israeli media and public relations landscape.
