    What we're building

Jiga is on a mission to help engineers build physical products faster.

The problem: engineers designing physical products waste weeks chasing quotes, vetting suppliers, and managing procurement instead of actually engineering. Jiga fixes this by connecting engineers directly with vetted manufacturers (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, 3D printing).

We're a small, fully-funded, cashflow-positive team serving top-tier hardware startups and customers like NASA and Siemens.

    The role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team and help us transform the way hardware companies build their supply chains.

You’ll be responsible for driving growth by prospecting new customers, owning the full sales cycle, and helping engineering and procurement teams source custom parts through Jiga. You’ll act as a trusted advisor - educating, guiding, and delivering value at every step. If you love sales, manufacturing, and getting things done - this is the place for you.

    How we actually work

We’re a small remote team made up of the best of the best. Our team members are distributed around the globe. Most of our work is made async, which is the secret sauce of our success.

High trust, low bullshit: We don't count hours or peek over your shoulder on Slack. We trust you to get your work done and tell us when something's wrong. You'll have real ownership over what you build, no process theater, no busy-work meetings.

Question everything: See something that doesn't make sense? Say it. Have a better way to do something? Just do it. We actually mean it when we say we want people to challenge the status quo and improve things. Our internal motto is “Don’t drink the kool-aid”

No busy work, no fluff: If you are addicted to heavy process building and endless busy-work meetings, that’s probably not a good fit.

Actually friendly, not corporate friendly: We play games online every week (current favorite: Make it Meme). Once a year we fly everyone somewhere beautiful for our offsite. We genuinely like hanging out together, which turns out to be way better than forced "team building exercises."

    What We Value In Sales

Own the whole deal, not just your lane. You don't toss leads over a wall. You build the system, run the outreach, close the loop, and fix what breaks. End to end, full ownership.

Winner takes it all. If you're hungrier, faster, and smarter, you'll close more. Results talk, everything else is noise.

Walk the factory floor. You can't sell manufacturing if you don't understand manufacturing. Learn the machines, learn the materials, learn what keeps a procurement manager or an engineer up at night. Be the supply chain team our customers wish they had.

Get your hands dirty. Before you automate it, do it manually. Before you scale it, prove it works. The best systems come from people who did the ugly work first and then built their way out of it.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, closing, onboarding, and growing accounts

    • Identify and connect with ideal customers - engineers, supply chain managers, and operations leaders

    • Educate prospects on how Jiga works and how we can support their sourcing needs

    • Guide customers through their first orders and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

    • Serve as a strategic partner to customers - consulting on manufacturing approaches and helping them navigate complex part sourcing

    • Expand accounts post-sale by building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities

    • Deliver exceptional service and follow-through

    • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and product to improve customer experience and drive growth

    You’re a fit if you

    • Have 6+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in manufacturing or hardware-related industries

    • Have technical fluency in custom manufacturing: CNC machining, injection molding, DFM, tolerances, materials, etc.

    • Are a go-getter with a “hunter” mentality - you’re comfortable doing outbound and you’re not afraid to chase deals

    • Are deeply service-oriented - you care about the customer's success as much as the sale

    • Are a great communicator who knows how to build trust and follow through

    • Can manage yourself, your time, and your pipeline with minimal supervision

    • Are excited about being part of a fast-moving startup

    • Are tech-savvy and comfortable working in remote environments (Slack, Notion, Loom, etc.)
