🔑 מה כולל התפקיד?
• ניהול מקצועי ועסקי מקצה לקצה של פעילויות התמיכה הלוגיסטית הכוללת במספר פרויקטים בחטיבה טכנולוגית מובילה
• הובלת תוכניות תמיכה כוללות וליווי הלקוח בשלבים השונים
• אחריות מלאה על ניהול מספר פרויקטי ייצור ותמיכה
• גיבוש מעטפת תמיכה שלמה: מדיניות אחזקה, תשתיות, ציוד בדיקה/תפעול, אריזה ושינוע, הכנת מסמכים .טכניים נלווים, הגדרה וניהול אספקת חלפים
• ליווי המוצר/הפרויקט כרפרנט המקצועי – הובלת סקרים, ניהול הוראות שינוי, תכניות להארכות אמצע חיים .של המוצר, הדרכות ותמיכה בהעברות ידע, ועוד
• ביצוע ניתוחים לוגיסטיים, כגון: ניתוחי אחזקתיות ותחזוקתיות, זמינות מערכתית, אופטימיזציית חלקי חילוף, ניתוח עלות מחזור חיים
📌 דרישות התפקיד:
• תואר הנדסי טכנולוגי (עדיפות) / כלכלה ולוגיסטיקה- חובה
• ניסיון של 5+ שנים בניהול פרויקטי אחזקה ולוגיסטיקה בתעשייה/צה"ל - חובה
• ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות וקבלנים בארץ/חו"ל – חובה
• ניסיון בהובלה ו/או ליווי פרויקטים בינ"ל – יתרון
• ניסיון בתהליכי משא ומתן עם לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל (יתרון)
• ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עצמאית בסביבה מאתגרת בניהול מטריציוני המשלב גורמי הנדסה, ייצור ותפעול
• הבנה עסקית גבוהה ויכולת רתימת לקוחות, יצירה וקידום הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות
• שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה
