Account Manager | Advertising Agency

We are a leading advertising agency specializing in performance marketing for the real estate industry, looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, translating business objectives into actionable plans while working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of real estate clients and serve as their primary point of contact.

• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, marketing objectives, target audiences, and commercial goals.

• Lead projects and campaigns from briefing through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

• Translate client needs into clear briefs and coordinate work across Creative, Media, Performance, Studio, Content, and Strategy teams.

• Coordinate timelines, priorities, budgets, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and follow-up actions.

• Monitor campaign performance together with the Performance Marketing team and identify optimization opportunities.

• Review deliverables before client presentation to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Proactively identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently.

• Build long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing business.

• Manage budgets, quotes, suppliers, and project timelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an advertising, branding, digital, or marketing agency – mandatory.

• Previous experience managing clients in the real estate industry – mandatory.

• Proven experience working directly with clients, not only project or production management.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Marketing Directors, CMOs, and business executives.

• Strong understanding of branding, advertising, creative production, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Solid knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.

• Experience working across digital media as well as offline channels.

• Ability to understand campaign reports, media performance, KPIs, budgets, and business results.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.

• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of driving projects independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
