Lin Health is a high-growth startup that provides treatment for chronic pain and symptoms, in partnership with medical groups nationwide. Our mission is to address the pressing need for accessible, affordable, and effective support for the 1 in 5 Americans suffering from chronic pain. The company was established by industry veterans who are passionate about helping people maximize their returns on the most important investment they make: their health. Lin is funded by top VC firms in the tech and healthcare space.
Our treatment philosophy is based on a nervous system first approach to pain and other chronic symptoms (ie. IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome, long COVID), recognizing the role the nervous system plays in both amplifying and at times perpetuating chronic symptoms. Our recovery program utilizes the latest evidence based techniques in neuroscience and pain reprocessing to help people decrease and often eliminate their symptoms. Beyond management, we believe that recovery from chronic pain and persistent symptoms is possible … and we see it all the time!
Role
As a Product Manager at Lin Health, you will own the growth of our patient journey - optimizing every step of the funnel, from the moment a patient is referred by their provider through activation, utilization, and long-term retention. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will combine data, experimentation, and deep user empathy to help more patients start care and stay engaged through recovery.
While growth is the core of the role, you will also contribute across the breadth of Lin’s product: the core patient experience, the tools our clinicians and care teams use every day, and the platform, data, and AI capabilities that power them. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup - you will move between strategy and execution daily, and your impact will be measured in patients reached and helped.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Own the patient funnel end to end: map, measure, and optimize each step from provider referral to enrollment, activation, utilization, and retention.
• Define the growth roadmap: identify the highest-leverage opportunities, form hypotheses, and prioritize initiatives based on expected impact.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, flow changes, messaging, incentives), measure results rigorously, and iterate quickly on learnings.
• Talk to patients, enrollment coordinators, and clinicians regularly, translate their feedback and pain points into product improvements.
• Contribute to the core patient product experience and to the tools used by clinicians and care teams.
• Partner with engineering on platform, data, and AI capabilities that enable growth and better care delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to align on goals and ship end-to-end solutions.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of growth initiatives (activation, conversion, engagement, or retention).
• Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and growing consumer products (B2C or B2B2C).
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable digging into data, defining metrics, analyzing funnels, and drawing conclusions independently.
• Proven experience designing and running experiments and A/B tests.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Technical fluency: able to work closely with engineers on platform, data, and AI-related work.
• Genuine empathy for users and passion for delivering quality healthcare to patients in need.
• Willingness to work with US-based teams and users, including regular evening availability for US time zone overlap.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health - an advantage.
Full-time position based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
