We’re hiring: Aviation Operations Specialist

Gordon Group, one of Israel’s long-standing travel companies with wide international activity, is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Aviation Department.

The role focuses on handling group flights, working with various aviation systems, suppliers, and airlines, tracking schedule changes, coordinating details, verifying accuracy, and working closely with our operations and sales teams.

It is important for us to make this clear: this is not a regular travel agent role.

This is a professional position in the field of group aviation — a field that requires understanding, organization, accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to manage many details simultaneously.

Even in an age of advanced technology and online systems, this is still a real profession. Group aviation requires people who understand the full picture, know how to manage processes, and make sure everything works correctly at the group level.

We are looking for people with experience in tourism and an understanding of the travel industry. Experience in aviation is a strong advantage, but not mandatory. For suitable, serious candidates with strong learning ability, professional training will be provided in an important and in-demand field within the industry.

This role is suitable for people who are organized, accurate, responsible, punctual, comfortable working with many small details, and who enjoy professional operational work.

The position is based in Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv.

During the first 3–4 months, the role will be office-based for onboarding and training.

After that, the role will move to a hybrid model with two days a week from home.
