The position involves extensive cross-functional collaboration, broad responsibility, and hands-on leadership of complex engineering processes, offering a real opportunity for impact, growth, and long-term professional development.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end engineering project management, including schedules, budgets, and resources (contractors, consultants, planners, etc.)
Full responsibility for project engineering activities: requirements definition, design, engineering coordination, change control initiation through closure
Preparation of engineering documentation, including specifications, URS, DQ, protocols, and additional engineering documents in Hebrew and English
Collection and management of technical data and literature, including drawings
Supervision of engineering works on site
Review, testing, and approval of equipment and systems according to FAT/SAT protocols
Support and accompaniment of IQ/OQ/PQ validations; execution when required
Delivery of training for new or upgraded equipment and systems
Initiation and/or execution of Change Controls, CAPAs, investigations, equipment/system failure analysis, and risk assessments
Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, downtime reduction, performance, and maintenance cost optimization
Providing technical support and consultancy as required
Supplier management, including negotiations
Management, analysis, and evaluation of quotations
Support of the Maintenance Department in spare parts definition and minimum / maximum inventory levels
Requirements
Mechanical Engineer strong preference, or Engineer / Chemical / Biotechnology disciplines
5+ years of experience in project engineering or project management within an engineering company or industrial manufacturing environment Pharmaceutical / process industry experience is highly preferred
Proven experience in pharma-related engineering projects significant advantage
Experience working with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
High-level English excellent verbal and written communication skills
