This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and leading team of engineers, in a diverse and dynamic full-time role, leading engineering projects end-to-end within an advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The position involves extensive cross-functional collaboration, broad responsibility, and hands-on leadership of complex engineering processes, offering a real opportunity for impact, growth, and long-term professional development.

    Key Responsibilities

    􀁸 End-to-end engineering project management, including schedules, budgets, and resources (contractors, consultants, planners, etc.)

    􀁸 Full responsibility for project engineering activities: requirements definition, design, engineering coordination, change control initiation through closure

    􀁸 Preparation of engineering documentation, including specifications, URS, DQ, protocols, and additional engineering documents in Hebrew and English

    􀁸 Collection and management of technical data and literature, including drawings

    􀁸 Supervision of engineering works on site

    􀁸 Review, testing, and approval of equipment and systems according to FAT/SAT protocols

    􀁸 Support and accompaniment of IQ/OQ/PQ validations; execution when required

    􀁸 Delivery of training for new or upgraded equipment and systems

    􀁸 Initiation and/or execution of Change Controls, CAPAs, investigations, equipment/system failure analysis, and risk assessments

    􀁸 Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, downtime reduction, performance, and maintenance cost optimization

    􀁸 Providing technical support and consultancy as required

    􀁸 Supplier management, including negotiations

    􀁸 Management, analysis, and evaluation of quotations

    􀁸 Support of the Maintenance Department in spare parts definition and minimum / maximum inventory levels

    Requirements

    􀁸 Mechanical Engineer 􀂱 strong preference, or Engineer / Chemical / Biotechnology disciplines

    􀁸 5+ years of experience in project engineering or project management within an engineering company or industrial manufacturing environment 􀂱 Pharmaceutical / process industry experience is highly preferred

    􀁸 Proven experience in pharma-related engineering projects 􀂱 significant advantage

    􀁸 Experience working with AutoCAD and SolidWorks

    􀁸 High-level English 􀂱 excellent verbal and written communication skills
