Original listing · kept for referenceAbout the Role We’re looking for a Playable Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of Hermes production. Hermes is our playable ads production team, working in a fast-moving, technical, AI-driven environment with internally developed tools. In this role, your main focus will be keeping production stable, clear, and moving. You’ll ensure teams, tasks, resources, and priorities are aligned so playable production flows smoothly from onboarding through delivery. This is a hands-on execution role for someone highly organized, proactive, technically oriented, and comfortable working in a constantly evolving production environment.
Requirements: What We’re Looking For • 4–6 years of experience in operations, project management, production management, or a similar execution-focused role. • Experience managing day-to-day production flow across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Monday.com ). • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, ownership, and follow-ups. • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and flag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks early. • Comfortable working in a technical environment with internal tools, production systems, or AI-driven workflows. • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify blockers early and drive practical solutions. • Data-oriented and comfortable working with reports, dashboards, status tracking, and operational insights. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and stakeholders clearly updated. • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment. • Fluent English, written and spoken - you’ll lead meetings, write documentation, and communicate with global team members. • Working days: Monday to Friday to align with our global teams.
