אנו מחפשים מנהלת חשבונות אחראית, יסודית ומסודרת, בעלת יכולת עבודה עצמאית, לניהול שוטף של תחום הנהלת החשבונות בארגון.
תחומי אחריות:
הנהלת חשבונות שוטפת עד מאזן.
טיפול בספקים ובלקוחות.
התאמות בנקים, כרטיסי אשראי וכרטיסי הנה"ח.
הפקת חשבוניות, קבלות וזיכויים.
ביצוע תשלומים לספקים ומעקב אחר גבייה.
עבודה מול רשויות המס בעת הצורך.
הכנת חומר לרואה החשבון ולדוחות תקופתיים.
עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים פנים-ארגוניים.
דרישות התפקיד:
תעודת הנהלת חשבונות סוג 2 לפחות (סוג 3 – יתרון).
ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בהנהלת חשבונות.
שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office, בדגש על Excel.
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת Priority – יתרון משמעותי.
