Requirements: • B.Sc in Civil Engineering or equivalent academic background • 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure projects, surveying, GIS, or quality control roles • 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or team management roles • High-level Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and presenting technical documents in english) • Experience working with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS or QGIS • Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, underground utilities, and engineering documentation • Deep understanding of quality control methodologies and engineering validation processes • Strong familiarity with utility systems and infrastructure mapping • Ability to review and analyze CAD drawings and civil plans • Understanding of geospatial data formats and coordinate systems Advantages : • Experience as a Utility Engineer or Utility Coordinator • Familiarity with US or European engineering standards and regulations • Experience working in cross-functional or global teams • Familiarity with ArcGIS, Civil3D, and Revit • Experience in utility mapping or subsurface infrastructure projects
