A leading kibbutz is seeking an experienced Senior Economist / Budget & FP&A Manager to join its Finance team in a key leadership role.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a diverse business environment spanning multiple industries, where you will play a central role in budgeting, financial planning, costing, business analysis, and strategic decision-making while partnering closely with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and management of complex annual budgets.

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and management reports, including budget vs. actual analysis.

• Perform financial modeling, profitability analyses, and business case evaluations.

• Build and monitor cash flow forecasts.

• Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.

• Prepare executive presentations and financial reports.

• Oversee costing processes and financial controls.

• Lead cross-functional financial projects and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

• Experience with SQL, Access, BI tools, or financial systems.

• Experience preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts.

• Experience with AI tools is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
