The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR & Talent Acquisition Lead to shape, grow, and support our exceptional team at our Tel Aviv HQ. In this hybrid role, you will hold dual strategic and operational ownership, driving full-cycle recruitment for technical and core positions while scaling our internal HR infrastructure, cultural initiatives, and office environment. You will directly impact our company culture during a rapid scale-up phase, ensuring we continue to attract and retain world-class talent.
Description
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on hiring high-caliber technical talent including software engineers and developers.
• Design and execute modern sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive talent in a competitive market.
• Develop, refine, and implement scalable HR policies, onboarding programs, and organizational initiatives aligned with the company's vision.
• Cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment by championing employee experience, engagement, and professional development.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions at our Tel Aviv headquarters to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and guidance on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with international and outsourced teams to align organizational growth and maintain cross-border cohesion.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition within fast-paced startup or tech environments.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring complex technical roles, specifically software developers and engineers.
• Fluency in Hebrew alongside exceptional professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Deep familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and HR management networks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the inherent ability to build trust, solve problems, and navigate organizational needs autonomously.
