    As we continue to grow, we're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across our global business.

    What you'll do

    • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes.

    • Analyze financial performance and explain variances against budget and forecast.

    • Support long-term business planning and strategic initiatives.

    • Support Board, Executive Management, lenders, and investor reporting.

    • Monitor KPIs and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

    • Build reports by integrating data from Oracle ERP, automate recurring financial and operational reports.

    • Work closely with other business teams across different territories.

    • Perform ad hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

    What we're looking for

    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    • At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, or Business Analytics.

    • Advanced Excel skills (must).

    • Experience working with Oracle ERP or other enterprise financial systems.

    • Experience building management dashboards, data visualization, and reporting automation.

    • Excellent English (written and spoken).

    • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.

    • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or real estate is a plus.
