Job Description:

• Develop the division's AI strategy.

• Develop and lead the division's AI work plan.

• Identify business opportunities for the use of Artificial Intelligence and build an organizational AI implementation roadmap.

• Manage the AI initiatives portfolio.

• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and risks, and manage them from the idea stage through implementation.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Lead programs to increase AI awareness and adoption.

• Create new work processes that integrate AI.

• Advise business units on selecting AI solutions.

• Support Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives and assist in selecting tools and vendors.

• Establish agreements with various AI solution providers.

• Measure and monitor business value (ROI).

• Define KPIs for AI implementation.

• Monitor AI trends and emerging technologies.

• Build partnerships with vendors and business partners.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant education.

• At least 6 years of experience managing complex IT and technology projects.

• At least 4 years of experience managing teams of IT Project Managers.

• Experience managing projects using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall – an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience leading innovation or digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience writing RFPs and strong negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with Generative AI solutions.

• Experience working with executive management and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with leading AI tools.

• Familiarity with privacy, information security, and regulatory considerations – an advantage.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to lead organizational change.
