ביצוע בדיקות Setup לפריטים מכאניים
ביקורת איכות למוצרים מכאניים בתהליך וביקורת סופית כולל כתיבת דוחות בחינה וזיהוי חריגים
ביצוע מבדקי איכות/ סיקורים תקופתיים במחלקת היצור
בדיקת ואישור FAI
הובלה לשיפור תהליכים באיכות ובקרה על איכות התוצרים
דרישות:
טכנאי.ת/ הנדסאי.ת מכונות / הבטחת איכות
מעל 10 שנות ניסיון בתחום הבטחת איכות
יכולת מוכחת עם מערכות בדיקה ממוחשבות ותכנות בתוכנת PAS
התמחות בבדיקות מכאניות כולל בדיקת תגמירים והרכבות
הכרת תקן AS9100/D
ניסיון בבדיקות עם ציוד מדידה מכאני CMM, מיקרומטרים ,קומפרטור ועוד
ידע וניסיון בקריאת שרטוטים / מודלים מכאניים D3
אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד
יחסי אנוש מעולים ויכולת עבודה בצוות
