We are looking for a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our investments division and play a key role in supporting complex transactions and regulatory decision‑making.

What you’ll do?

• Providing legal and regulatory counsel in the field of investments

• Supporting a wide range of transactions and expansion requests in financing and investment activities

• Advising and accompanying investment committees, including private equity and real estate committees

• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including international interfaces

What are we looking for?

• Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience in commercial legal practice from leading law firms

• Strong knowledge and proven experience in commercial law and securities law

• High-level proficiency in English

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks – a significant advantage
