This is not a traditional back-office role: we’re looking for someone who’s curious, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
• Handle chargeback and dispute cases end-to-end across multiple PSPs and networks.
• Monitor dashboards and internal tools to ensure smooth system performance and proactively flag issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on failed disputes or process anomalies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to resolve edge cases and improve automation logic.
• Contribute to internal process documentation and best practices.
