    The company offers dual R&D sites in Central Israel (Tel Aviv) and Northern Israel (Haifa), both located within walking distance of major train stations. The role operates on a hybrid model with two days remote flexibility.

    Role Overview:

    • Infrastructure Excellence: Building and maintaining internal tools and robust infrastructures on AWS (EMR/EKS) to ensure data integrity and system stability.

    • Performance Engineering: Optimizing and validating Performance Parity across distributed environments to ensure hardware acceleration meets high-scale benchmarks.

    • Cloud Orchestration: Managing and scaling containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS) and high-throughput storage via S3/EC2.

    • Automation & DevOps: Developing automated pipelines and monitoring solutions to support complex data-centric R&D workflows.

    • Observability: Implementing advanced CI/CD and Observability frameworks to track system health and performance bottlenecks in real-time.

    Requirements:

    • 4-7 years of professional experience in Software Development, QA Automation, or DevOps – Mandatory.

    • Deep proficiency in Python for infrastructure and tool development – Mandatory.

    • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS (specifically EMR, S3, EC2) and Kubernetes (EKS) – Mandatory.

    • Proven experience in CI/CD methodologies and Observability tools.

    • Strong background in Cloud-native environments or Distributed Data Systems.
