• אחריות לתכנון השנתי של הפרויקט כולל הכנה ועדכון של תוכניות עבודה
• אחריות לתכנון ובקרה שוטפת של תקציבי התוכנית הפרויקטית
• טיפול בריכוז הרכש ומיקור החוץ של הפרויקט מול קבלני משנה בארץ ובחו"ל
• אחריות על הגבייה (חשבוניות, תעודות משלוח, מעקב אחרי האישור והתקבולים)
• אחריות על מימוש החוזים מול קבלני המשנה כולל תשלומים בהתאם לתנאי החוזה
