🔹 לפחות 4 שנות ניסיון בהובלת צוותי פיתוח.

🔹 ניסיון משמעותי בפיתוח Backend ב-.NET ו-Node.js.

🔹 ניסיון בפיתוח Frontend ב-React ו/או Angular.

🔹 ניסיון בסביבות Cloud ותהליכי CI/CD.

🔹 היכרות עם SQL/NoSQL.

🔹 הבנה מעמיקה בארכיטקטורה, Design Patterns ו-Scalable Systems.

🔹 יכולת להוביל, לחנוך ולהוות דוגמה מקצועית לצוות.
