Senior Software Engineer | Go | Kubernetes | AI-First Startup | Tel Aviv

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join an innovative, AI-first startup building a cutting-edge identity and authentication platform used at global scale.

This is an opportunity to work in a small, highly technical team where you'll own systems end-to-end—from backend services and infrastructure to SDKs—while helping shape the future of AI-assisted software development.

What you'll do:

• Build and own production backend systems in Go

• Work with Kubernetes in a cloud-native environment

• Develop and maintain backend services, SDKs, and infrastructure

• Design reliable, scalable systems with a strong focus on monitoring and high availability

• Leverage modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, agentic workflows) to increase engineering productivity

• Take full ownership of the software lifecycle, from design to production

Requirements:

• 4+ years of backend software engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Go

• Solid production experience with Kubernetes

• Experience owning services end-to-end (design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and support)

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building reliable systems

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools is a strong advantage

Nice to have:

• Experience building SDKs (Kotlin, Swift, Java, Node.js, or React Native)

• Background in security, authentication, identity, or telecom

• Experience with high-availability systems, monitoring, and observability

• Secure coding mindset and strong debugging skills
