TerminalX is Looking for a Junior Technical Product Manager

Location: Ramat Gan / Bnei Brak

Work Model: 4 days in-office | 1 day remote

We are looking for a driven and execution-oriented Junior Technical Product Managerwith a strong technical orientation, at least one year of experience in product management (or a similar role) and a strong sense of ownership.

This role is ideal for someone who understands E-commerce environments and is ready to step up, take responsibility, and independently drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced company.

Success in this role requires both strong product thinking and the ability to independently drive execution. We are looking for someone who can deeply understand a problem — and push it all the way to delivery.

You will report to the Head of Product and play a key role in delivering impactful features that directly affect business performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage both frontend and backend product initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery, including integrations with third-party services and platforms.

• Define and prioritize product specifications, including business rules, workflows, and use cases.

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.

• Work closely with R&D teams to define requirements and oversee product delivery. Communicate project status, challenges, and risks proactively to stakeholders.

• Lead investigations into system problems—asking the right questions, gathering inputs, and driving resolution.

• Analyze product and business performance, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in product management - MUST or a similar role (e.g., business analyst, product operations, QA, ecommerce operations).

• Hands-on experience creating or improving a simple system, tool or process from the ground up – MUST

• Personal, academic, or internship projects are welcome

• Background in e-commerce, with hands-on experience in areas such as operations, marketing, customer experience, or similar.

• You’re naturally curious, creative, and enjoy solving problems

• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) to optimize processes, enhance research and over-all execution efficiency.

• Ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions — and drive them to execution.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct project validations. Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, or similar

• Highly independent but also a strong team player.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English – Must

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work under pressure.

Advantages
