(Part-time position - ~92 hours per month) At Bringg, we're on a mission to transform last-mile delivery into a powerful driver of growth, loyalty, and operational excellence. As an AI-powered SaaS platform, we enable retailers and logistics providers to orchestrate smarter, more efficient delivery operations across every fleet type and service level - from same-day to scheduled delivery. We serve leading enterprises and Fortune 500 brands, helping some of the world's most complex delivery organizations streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market. The Role At Bringg, product managers use AI - specifically Claude - paired with our design system to produce UI designs directly. This model is growing, and we're looking for someone to own how it evolves and stays healthy. This is not a hands-on execution role. You won't be designing screens day-to-day. Instead, you'll maintain the system that makes PM-led design possible, set the quality bar, and be the UX voice that keeps the team consistent as they ship. The right person finds more leverage in shaping how an organization designs than in doing the design work themselves. What You'll Do • Own Bringg's design system - components, patterns, tokens, documentation - at a level that PMs can reliably use without hand-holding • Build and maintain the AI prompting guides and design templates PMs use to generate designs with Claude • Review high-stakes flows and new patterns before they ship, with clear, opinionated UX feedback • Coach five PMs with varying UX maturity - mostly async - helping them produce more consistent, considered designs over time • Define and hold the UX standards the whole team works to What You Bringg • 6+ years of UX/product design experience across web and mobile (iOS and Android) • Experience owning or significantly shaping a design system • Strong UX fundamentals and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly - to PMs, not just other designers • Comfortable leading through influence rather than headcount • Async-first working style; the team spans multiple time zones • Open to AI-assisted design workflows - hands-on experience is a plus What It's Actually Like - And Why It's Worth It PM-led, AI-assisted design is still coming into its own at Bringg. You're joining at the point where it needs genuine ownership - someone who cares about what ships and has the judgment to raise the bar without slowing things down. You'll be the only dedicated design voice on the team. Real influence, real accountability. The PMs you coach are capable and motivated - they need a thought partner, not a gatekeeper. The stakes are real too. Our platform runs operations for some of the world's largest retailers. When it works, millions of deliveries happen on time. The design quality you maintain is part of what makes that possible. (employment through an external company)
