As a Supply Specialist in the Operations department, you will be responsible on: • Driver Debt Management: • Proactively collect outstanding debts from drivers. • Optimize debt collection processes within the Gett platform. • Engage operational teams to enhance debt recovery. • Initiate innovative debt reduction strategies. • Internal Controls: • Oversee internal controls for route tracking, chargebacks, and financial processes. • Manage weekly/monthly settlements with finance and product teams. • Ensure accurate month-end closures and timely issuance of SSR/DSR reports. • Support Functions: • Support driver's connections processes, collections, quality assurance, and fraud prevention. Key Responsibilities: • Leverage analytical skills to analyze company debts, monitor trends, and identify gaps for improvement. • Collaborate with various departments to reduce debts, lead debt prevention projects, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements: • Deep understanding of driver-related issues. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with creative thinking. • Patience and perseverance for complex training processes. • Positive attitude. • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or financial field (advantage). • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. • Experience with SAP and Salesforce (advantage). • Proficient in English.
