Are you an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect looking to lead large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects with real impact?
Egged, Israel's leading public transportation company, is looking for a Head of Structural Engineering & Facilities Maintenance to lead the planning, development, and maintenance of our nationwide facilities. What You'll Do • Lead the engineering and construction strategy across Egged's facilities.
• Establish and manage the company's facilities maintenance function, including offices, depots, workshops, and parking facilities.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, construction supervisors, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee construction and infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, government authorities, municipalities, and planning committees to deliver high-impact projects. What We're Looking For • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture (registered professional license required).
• At least 3 years of experience managing engineering and infrastructure consultants.
• Proven experience leading construction and infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing professional teams.
• Experience working with government agencies, municipalities, and planning authorities – an advantage.
• Background in technical facilities and electrical systems – an advantage.
