Process Engineer

About the Team Our Engineering team connects innovation and design with real-world manufacturing. We work closely with production to prevent issues before they happen and solve them quickly when they do. About the Role We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our NPI team and play a key role in introducing new products into production while continuously improving existing processes. This role combines hands-on work on the production floor, process leadership, and data-driven analysis in a multidisciplinary environment. What You’ll Do Support ongoing production and troubleshoot issues (MRB) Lead root cause investigations (RCA) using methods like 5 Whys and Fishbone Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify trends and improvements Drive proactive process improvements Work with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and subcontractors Lead validation activities (V&V, IQ / OQ / PQ) for new technologies Support product validation as part of the engineering team

Requirements: B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical / Materials / Electrical / Quality or similar) 3+ years of experience in Process / Manufacturing / NPI Engineering Experience leading root cause analysis (RCA) Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel) Strong English skills Technical Skills  Strong technical mindset with the ability to understand products and processes Fast learner with the ability to handle complex systems Experience with multidisciplinary products (mechanics, electronics, software, plastics, ATE systems) Ability to translate data insights into real-world process improvements
