Axon Pulse is revolutionizing radar signal processing by combining classical algorithms with state-of-the-art AI and deep learning. Our technology pushes the boundaries of radar performance, enabling smarter detection, tracking, and classification across complex operational environments.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and highly communicative Project Manager to help drive delivery, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment across our R&D projects.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to bring order to complex work, communicate clearly with different types of stakeholders, and quickly learn technical domains. Prior experience as a formal Project Manager is not mandatory. We are especially open to candidates from architecture, design, product, research, operations, or other project-based environments who have managed complex processes and can work closely with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery

• Own project execution across scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables. Help translate project goals into clear plans, milestones, responsibilities, and follow-up actions.

• Stakeholder & Client Communication

• Act as a key point of contact between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure communication is clear, timely, structured, and transparent throughout the project lifecycle.

• Cross-Functional Team Coordination

• Work closely with engineers, researchers, system engineers, and product stakeholders. Help align priorities, clarify responsibilities, remove blockers, and make sure everyone has the context needed to move forward.

• Planning, Monitoring & Reporting

• Track progress against plans, milestones, risks, and KPIs. Prepare status updates, meeting summaries, progress reports, and recommendations for corrective actions when needed.

• Process & Agile Facilitation

• Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, daily/weekly syncs, and other project routines. Support a culture of accountability, focus, and continuous improvement.

• Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify risks, open issues, dependencies, and gaps early. Help define mitigation plans and ensure follow-up until resolution.

• Budget & Resource Tracking

• Support budget tracking, effort monitoring, resource allocation, and project financial visibility to help keep projects on track.

• Operational Excellence

• Improve project workflows, documentation habits, team routines, and internal coordination processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex work, processes, or projects in a professional environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and follow-up skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.

• Ability to understand, structure, and communicate complex technical topics such as AI, deep learning, signal processing, radar systems, software, and system-level engineering. No engineering degree is required, but curiosity and learning ability are essential.

• Proactive, independent, curious, and comfortable asking precise questions.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain clarity in a dynamic R&D environment.

• Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in architecture or design is an advantage.

• Master’s degree with a thesis is an advantage.
