We're looking for our first dedicated Product Data Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team – a unique opportunity to own the product analytics function.

In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with Product leadership to spearhead product analytics end-to-end – from defining KPIs and scoping analyses to delivering insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that drive product growth, customer adoption, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own product analytics across the user journey, including signup, activation, onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and churn.

• Proactively identify product growth opportunities, adoption gaps, and customer journey friction points through deep analysis of product usage, funnels, and customer behavior.

• Guide Product teams on resource allocation by identifying which products or initiatives should be scaled, optimized, deprioritized, or discontinued.

• Analyze customer segments, usage patterns, conversion trends, retention impact, and PLG vs. SLG behavior to identify expansion opportunities and support product pricing strategy

• Measure how feature launches, roadmap initiatives, experiments, and product changes influence customer behavior and key product/business metrics.

• Partner with Product leadership to define and maintain product KPIs, metric definitions, event tracking requirements, and analytics documentation.

• Build dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-ready analyses that provide visibility into product performance, segment health, and business impact.

• Translate complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations for Product, GTM, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product data analytics from a SaaS company

• Excellent SQL skills

• Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau)

• Experience in DWH design and data modeling

• Experience with Python

• Experience with dbt and Git – advantage

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
