Quality Manager | Laboratory Division

📍 Large Medical Center | Central Israel

A leading medical center in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System across its Laboratory Division. Responsibilities: • Lead and implement the division's quality strategy in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015, JCI, and other relevant standards).

• Drive quality and patient safety initiatives across multiple laboratories.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.

• Lead CAPA processes, risk management activities, and quality KPI monitoring.

• Write, update, and maintain quality procedures and documentation.

• Promote a culture of quality through training, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Present quality performance, KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management. Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or another relevant field.

✔ Master's degree – an advantage.

✔ At least 5 years of experience leading quality or organizational improvement processes.

✔ Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 15189).

✔ Hands-on experience in project management, SOP writing, and conducting internal/external audits.

✔ Familiarity with the healthcare sector – an advantage.

✔ Strong English communication skills.

✔ Experience working with computerized information systems.

✔ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
