At monday.com, we help teams get more work done. We are the best AI work platform that empowers teams to automate, build, and scale their impact end-to-end with tools that actually execute the work for you. With over $1B in ARR, 250,000+ customers, and a global team, we’re serious about building a product people love to use and giving our employees the same ownership and flexibility to shape the way the world works.

monday.com is seeking an experienced, versatile analyst to join the CRO (Revenue) analytics team. This is a senior role with pivotal, company-wide impact and high visibility. You will assume ownership of key data reporting and research flows covering monday.com’s core agendas. Your contributions will directly impact our business strategy, strategic cross-company processes like planning and target setting, and play a critical role in optimizing monday.com's growth.

About The Role

• Engage with CRO leadership to facilitate data-driven decision-making, and lead planning data processes, striving for standardization and scale.

• Research diverse, complex business opportunities: Utilize data from various sources and domains, alongside analytical expertise, to enhance visibility, identify actionable insights, and conceptualize and track relevant metrics for improvement. Examples include the company's core business cycle, sales efficiency, retention, and many others.

• Actively contribute to cross-domain efforts with departments such as Product and Marketing, ensuring processes are measured and optimized to meet the Revenue organization's strategic goals.

• Develop compelling presentations and reports that translate data into comprehensive, actionable narratives, enabling senior stakeholders to optimize business performance within their domains.

• Champion high-quality data practices across the organization, mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, setting standards through best practices, and significantly contributing to monday.com's growing data community.

• Define and implement impactful KPIs that align with revenue goals and drive measurable business results.

An excellent candidate will:

• Possess strong business acumen, including familiarity with common methodologies and frameworks in at least two of the following domains: Marketing, Product, or Business Analytics.

• Exhibit exceptional analytical and technical skills, capable of end-to-end data flow ownership: problem definition, data collection, modeling, analysis, and reporting.

• Communicate highly effectively, capable of identifying and extracting concise bottom lines, providing appropriate context, and creating compelling visualizations. Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders is a significant advantage.

• Proven capability to foster strong working relationships with colleagues in various global offices.

• Thrive in cross-functional environments, inspiring trust and fostering successful partnerships and processes.

• Demonstrate creative analytical thinking: the ability to grasp the essence of open-ended questions and provide the analytical context to drive data-driven, impactful decisions.

• Be proactive: Identify and pursue analytical opportunities to drive significant business impact.

• Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance analytical capabilities, generate significant business impact, and integrate them into practical workflows beyond buzzwords.

Your Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of industry experience as a business analyst, with strong leadership engagement. This is an ideal role for individual contributors seeking high impact without the complexities of a managerial position (experience at SLG companies is a plus).

• Demonstrated record of conceiving, designing, and deploying successful data analytics projects that drove significant business impact (interesting failures are also welcome).

• Excellent SQL skills; familiarity with at least one popular BI tool such as Tableau or Looker.

• Advantage - proficiency in a scripting language used for data analysis (e.g., R, Python), or familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.

• Great communication skills with a penchant for data visualization and storytelling.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code for analytical and/or business purposes.
