יחידת החדשנות מחפשת סטודנט/ית איכותי/ת להשתלבות בפעילויות מחקר ופיתוח בתחומים טכנולוגיים מגוונים, תוך עבודה מול גורמים מקצועיים שונים בארגון וחשיפה לתהליכי חדשנות ופיתוח טכנולוגיות.
התפקיד כולל
• סיוע בביצוע מחקרים ואיסוף נתונים ממקורות מגוונים, תוך שימוש במאגרי מידע וכלי בינה מלאכותית, לצורך גיבוש רעיונות וכיווני צמיחה חדשים.
• ריכוז וניהול הידע בפרויקטים השונים, לרבות הכנת חומרים להצגה בפני הנהלה בכירה.
• השתלבות פעילה בפרויקטי מחקר ופיתוח המבוצעים בשיתוף יחידות שונות בחברה, משלב גיבוש הרעיון ועד לפיתוח ויישום הפתרון.
• ביצוע סקירות וניתוח מגמות טכנולוגיות רלוונטיות.
דרישות חובה
• סטודנט/ית החל משנה ב' לתואר ראשון בהנדסת חשמל, הנדסת מכונות, הנדסת חומרים או הנדסה כימית.
• עברית ברמת שפת אם ואנגלית ברמה טובה.
