About the Role:
Responsibility centers on operating and advancing core IT and cloud infrastructure that supports global business operations. The position combines hands-on system ownership with consistent execution of IT standards, ensuring stability, security, and scalability across enterprise environments. Work spans internal systems and selected customer environments and requires a high level of accountability and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain, and improve enterprise infrastructure across multi-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and additional platforms.
• Own critical IT systems with responsibility for reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage system administration across identity services, automation, endpoint security, and enterprise networking.
• Implement and enforce IT best practices across infrastructure, processes, and operational workflows.
• Ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation of servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support infrastructure planning, upgrades, and controlled change.
• Contribute to infrastructure design and architecture decisions through hands-on operational insight.
• Operate in a high-performance environment with clear expectations for execution, accountability, and technical rigor.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or in a comparable role.
• Experience supporting internal company systems and selected client environments, with demonstrated responsibility and discretion.
• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Windows 11 environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Practical experience managing virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix in production environments.
• Experience supporting virtual desktop environments, including VDI solutions and Microsoft RDS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• In-depth experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Office 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and related services.
• Experience managing endpoint detection and response solutions, including CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender.
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and mobile devices, including hands-on troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, and basic network issues.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a structured and efficient manner.
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Calm, professional, and service-oriented approach under pressure.
• Resourceful and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing technical demands.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Windows operating systems across desktop and mobile endpoints.
