• ניסיון משמעותי בניתוח ואפיון מערכות מורכבות בעולמות ה-Web ו/או ה-Mobile
• אוריינטציה טכנולוגית חזקה
• יכולות בין-אישיות גבוהות
• מוטיבציה גבוהה ויכולת להוביל פרויקטים מורכבים
• תואר אקדמי בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול / מערכות מידע / מדעי המחשב / ניהול – יתרון משמעותי
