In this role you will
Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers in the Operations division
Deliver day-to-day HR services and accompany employees throughout their lifecycle in the organization
Partner in leading end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
Assist in planning and executing employee welfare and engagement events
Support cross-organizational HR initiatives
Work in a multi-interface environment alongside various stakeholders within and outside the organization
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least two years of studies remaining
Studies in Organizational Sociology, Human Services, Organizational Consulting, or Behavioral Sciences
Availability of 4 working days per week
Proficiency in Office applications
Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment
Proactivity, initiative, personal accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills
High motivation to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources
