The Position includes:
• High-level architectural design for logic development and verification
• Mentoring, guiding, and supporting the professional development of team members
• Developing test methodologies using simulators and complex control systems
• Creating and implementing advanced development protocols, including IP development and generic content methodologies
• R&D in FPGA technologies and hardware-based cybersecurity, including new technologies and implementation
• Cross-functional collaboration with hardware, system engineering, infrastructure software, and application departments
• Managing interfaces with business units and operational/corporate bodies
• Defining and overseeing work plans, budgets, and pricing
• Guiding and managing subcontractors in logic design
• Supporting recruitment, development, and retention of engineering staff
What We're Looking For:
• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• 8–10 years of experience in logic design for embedded systems – mandatory
• Proficiency in VHDL hardware description language – mandatory
• Experience with Modelsim simulation tools – mandatory
• Familiarity with Xilinx/Altera components – mandatory
• Proven experience in integration and testing of complex systems involving firmware, hardware, and software – mandatory
