Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Planning & Control Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain planning and drive operational excellence across a global manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and managing global 3PL and subcontractor operations to ensure efficient, scalable, and cost-effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Manage global 3PL providers and contract manufacturers to ensure service, quality, and delivery performance.
• Develop capacity plans, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure raw material availability and continuity of supply.
• Define, monitor, and improve operational KPIs.
• Lead and develop the planning team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and implement S&OP processes.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering – Required.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and global 3PL providers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, AI-driven planning solutions, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience implementing S&OP processes or ERP planning modules.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies – an advantage.
