Job Description:

• Lead a team of SAP trainers as part of a strategic project responsible for user readiness, go-live processes across multiple sites, and knowledge maintenance following go-live.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, including building a course catalog, creating the training schedule (Gantt), coordinating training activities, managing the SAP training team, and ensuring user knowledge during and after go-live.

• Provide professional and people management for the SAP training team throughout the project.

• Develop a course catalog, including training content, and build the overall training program.

• Coordinate training methodology and content with business process leads and SAP functional consultants.

• Analyze training needs, including user mapping and operational coordination of training activities.

• Manage and oversee the development of training materials and tools, including presentations, user guides, workshops, videos, and more.

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and continuous improvement plans.

• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees at various Tnuva sites during the training, implementation, and go-live phases.

• Travel throughout Israel to support implementation processes; the position includes a company car.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Information Systems.

• Previous managerial experience – required.

• Experience in SAP training and implementation.

• Experience in content development – significant advantage.

• Ability to lead a professional team, mentor, and develop trainers.

• System-wide perspective and understanding of organizational change management processes.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment under pressure.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital training tools.

• Good command of English.
