What You’ll Do As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kela, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of functions, including Software Engineering, Hardware, Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach to offer. Leveraging data, market insights, and AI-powered recruiting tools, you will continuously optimize hiring processes, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in strengthening Kela's employer brand as we scale.
