    The company engineers a next-generation AI Governance and GRC platform designed to provide global enterprises with complete visibility, real-time risk assessment, and policy enforcement over internal and external AI model usage.

    The engineering matrix addresses heavy technological bottlenecks, running real-time pattern analysis, high-throughput stream processing, and multi-tenant security structures.

    The core R&D innovation center operates under a full in-office model based in Tel Aviv (highly accessible, immediately adjacent to major train transit).

    Position Overview-

    • Founding Backend Engineer acting as a core technical stakeholder, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within an elite, high-caliber core squad of 4 engineers.

    • Architecting and building the foundational codebase from inception, holding total structural ownership over the system design and product lifecycle.

    • Engineering low-latency data pipelines and policy-enforcement layers using Go (Golang), deploying across modern containerized architectures, and integrating complex open-source, local AI models alongside foundational Anthropic enterprise infrastructures.

    • Interfacing directly with design partners and international enterprise clients to gather requirements, extract technical specifications, and rapidly deploy core feature sets.

    • Core Domain & Ecosystem- Founding Engineer, AI Governance, GRC, Go (Golang), Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Local LLMs, Anthropic API, High-Scale Infrastructure, Real-Time Pattern Recognition, and Deep-Tech Cyber Security.

    Requirements-

    • 5 years of production-grade software development experience utilizing at least one high-performance or modern backend language (Go, Python, Node.js, Rust, or C++) – Mandatory

    • Full professional fluency in both verbal and written English, with the confidence to communicate directly with corporate clients and drive technical discovery – Mandatory

    • Must satisfy at least one of the following background profiles – Mandatory:

    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a leading university, combined with direct professional engineering experience coming from a Cybersecurity startup enterprise.

    • Military Defense Track: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on technological service within elite cyber/intelligence units strictly.

    • Deep understanding of high-scale distributed architecture, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and cloud-native container orchestrations (Kubernetes, Helm) – Mandatory
