You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, retail operations, visual merchandising, and AI — transforming raw product and store behavior signals into clear insights and actions for HQ teams, store managers, VMs, and store staff. Requirements: ● 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in retail tech ,B2B SaaS, analytics, AI, or enterprise platforms. ● Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and turn data-heavy products into clear, actionable user experiences. ● Experience working with recommendation systems, workflow tools, or data products. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams. ● Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with KPIs, user behavior data, and business impact metrics. ● Customer obsession and curiosity about how real users work day to day. ● Ability to balance strategy, discovery, execution, and hands-on product definition.
