תיאור המשרה
• פיתוח ותחזוק ערכות הכנה – עדכון ערכות בהתאם למיונים המשתנים בצבא
• מחקר על המיונים השונים המתקיימים ביחידות צה"ל
• מעקב אחר קהילות תוכן של נוער (fxp, סטיפס וכו') ורשתות חברתיות
• עריכת משובים ללקוחות לצורך שיפור והתאמת הערכות למיונים
• היכרות מעמיקה עם תחום ההכנות למיונים לצה"ל
• עבודה בצוות – עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח מבחנים, שיווק ותוכן
דרישות המשרה
• היכרות עם הליכי המיון והשיבוץ בצה"ל
• יחסי אנוש מעולים: תקשורת עם קהל צעיר ועם צוותי המכון
• יכולת הסתגלות לסביבה טכנולוגית
• יצירתיות ועצמאיות
• מאבחנ/ת או מראיינ/ת פסיכוטכני/ת בצבא – יתרון משמעותי
