ארגון רפואי מוביל באזור המרכז מגייס מנתח/ת מערכות לתחום התיק הרפואי, להשתלבות בפרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים המשפיעים על מערכות הליבה הרפואיות של הארגון.
התפקיד משלב ניתוח מערכות (כ-70%) לצד הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים (כ-30%), וכולל אחריות על אפיון מערכות מורכבות, ליווי אינטגרציות, עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח ותשתיות, והובלת תהליכים חוצי ארגון מול גורמים רפואיים, עסקיים וטכנולוגיים.
תחומי אחריות
• ניתוח מערכות מקצה לקצה עבור מודולים מורכבים בתיק הרפואי.
• כתיבת מסמכי אפיון פונקציונליים וטכניים, כולל אפיון ממשקים.
• אפיון וליווי אינטגרציות בין מערכות פנים וחוץ-ארגוניות.
• עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי פיתוח, QA, DevOps ותשתיות.
• תחקור תקלות מערכתיות והובלת פתרונות מקצועיים.
• הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים משלב הייזום ועד העלייה לאוויר וההטמעה.
• ניהול תוכניות עבודה, לוחות זמנים, תעדוף משימות וניהול סיכונים.

דרישות התפקיד
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת תוכנה, מדעי המחשב, הנדסת מערכות מידע או הנדסת תעשייה וניהול בהתמחות מערכות מידע – חובה.
