דרישות :
*ניסיון של לפחות 15 שנים בענף המלונאות.
*ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות כמנכ"ל/ית מלון (דגש על ניהול מעל 100 חדרים).
*הבנה עמוקה בכל מחלקות המלון (שיווק, תפעול, משק ויחסי אנוש מעולים).
