We are a fast-growing international portfolio of beauty brands, built to create products people genuinely love and use every day.

We're looking for a commercially minded performance marketer with 2+ years of performance marketing experience to join our growing media team. You'll own paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as your core focus, while assisting with Google, TikTok, and other channels as needed, with room to grow into other channels as we expand our media mix.

This is a role with real ownership: you'll be given a budget, clear KPIs, and the guardrails of our unit economics — and you'll be accountable for hitting growth targets within them. We move fast, iterate daily, and expect people who thrive on ownership rather than heavy oversight, if you like clear goals and the freedom to figure out how to hit them, you'll fit right in.

This is a full-time, office-based role in our Tel Aviv office (5 days a week).

    Responsibilities

    • Own budget allocation and pacing within agreed unit economics (CAC, ROAS, breakeven targets), making real-time decisions to hit growth goals without blowing through guardrails

    • Set up new campaigns and optimize existing ones across Meta, Google and TikTok

    • Drive creative performance end-to-end: analyze what's working and what's fatiguing, translate insights into clear creative briefs, and partner closely with the creative team on iteration — on Meta, creative is the single biggest lever, and this role treats it that way

    • Test and optimize ad copy, creative, and audience targeting at a high velocity, managing large volumes of creative assets in rotation

    • Monitor campaign pacing daily to ensure KPIs are hit within allocated budget

    • Deliver clear, data-driven campaign analysis and recommendations to stakeholders

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign planning through execution

    • Stay current on platform changes and industry best practices, and act as an internal resource on them

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, ideally in ecommerce/DTC

    • Track record of managing meaningful media budgets against specific ROAS/CAC targets — not just spending, but owning the number

    • Strong grasp of performance marketing KPIs and the underlying unit economics (CAC, AOV, ROAS, breakeven, contribution margin)

    • Sharp creative instincts: comfortable analyzing creative performance, writing briefs, and giving feedback that improves output

    • Experience handling and organizing large volumes of creative assets for continuous testing

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with daily optimization cycles

    • Forecasting and analytical skills - able to project performance and defend recommendations with data

    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
