Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

One of our clients, a publicly traded global technology company, is looking for an experienced, business oriented, Hands On Director of FP&A to lead its Financial Planning and Analysis function.

The company develops an AI powered SaaS platform serving enterprise customers worldwide. Operating in a fast paced, data driven environment, it enables global organizations to make smarter business decisions through advanced analytics and predictive intelligence.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the company's FP&A function and serve as a trusted business partner to the executive leadership team. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, performance analysis, executive reporting, and strategic decision support across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys building, analyzing, and influencing the business firsthand. While providing strategic leadership, you will remain actively involved in financial planning, modeling, performance analysis, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for someone who embraces innovation and understands how AI can enhance financial analysis, automate processes, improve forecasting, and increase the strategic impact of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's FP&A function.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning.

• Develop financial models and business scenarios to support strategic decision making.

• Deliver insightful financial and operational analysis to executive leadership.

• Partner with business leaders across the organization to improve business performance.

• Build executive dashboards and Board level reporting.

• Drive KPI reporting and performance management.

• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes through automation and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• 8+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.

• Experience in a global SaaS or technology company.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Experience partnering with senior executives.

• Advanced Excel, ERP, and BI skills.

• Passion for leveraging AI and technology to improve finance processes and decision making.

• Excellent English communication skills.
