    We are looking for a BMS\KNX Design Consultant / Specification Engineer to join our team in Kadima, Israel and will join to our BMS Leader . In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with consulting engineers, design offices, universities, and key stakeholders while promoting Schneider Electric's portfolio of electrical distribution solutions and design software.

    You will play a pivotal role in influencing specifications, supporting complex projects, and driving the adoption of Schneider Electric technologies across regions of Israel.

    What Will You Do?

    Drive Project Specification & Business Growth

    • Build and maintain relationships with engineering consultants, design offices, and consulting firms.

    • Promote Schneider Electric EBO and EcoStrxure Foresight solutions and products.

    • Influence project specifications and ensure prescribed projects are converted into successful business opportunities.

    • Manage and track specification activities and opportunities through Schneider Electric CRM systems.

    • Identify and develop new design office partnerships within the region.

    • Deep knowledge at HVAC , Electrical Panels ,KNX ,Plumbing ,Lightings ,Communication Protocol as BACnet ,ModBus ,LON ,MQTT,

    Become a Trusted Technical Advisor

    • Serve as the primary technical contact (SPOC) for consulting engineers and design offices.

    • Deliver technical support on Schneider Electric products, solutions, and software.

    • Organize technical workshops, seminars, and presentations for consultants and designers.

    • Support the development of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) solutions, including:

    • Switchboards

    • UPS systems

    • Encapsulated busbar systems

    • Power distribution solutions

    Promote Industry-Leading Design Software

    Drive adoption and utilization of Schneider Electric digital engineering tools, including:

    AutoCAD ,Benarit ,Microsoft Office 365

    Collaborate Across Teams

    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineers, Bid Management, and Customer Satisfaction teams.

    • Contribute to marketing campaigns, newsletters, design community engagement activities, and technical events.

    • Gather market feedback and recommend enhancements for products and software solutions.

    Support the Future of Engineering

    • Promote Schneider Electric solutions within universities and academic institutions.

    • Engage with professors, students, and future electrical engineering professionals.

    What Are We Looking For?

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical industry.

    Technical Expertise

    • Strong knowledge of:

    • Electrical power distribution systems

    • Low-voltage electrical equipment

    • Electrical installations

    • Industrial power solutions

    • HVAC

    • Protocols Communication

    • Plumbing

    • Experience with engineering and design software.

    • Ability to provide technical consultation and project support.

    Professional Skills

    • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

    • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

    • Fast learner with a passion for technology and innovation.

    Additional Requirements

    • Fluent English.

    • Advanced computer skills.

    • Valid Category B driver's license.
