We are looking for experienced Aircraft Assembly & Maintenance Technicians to join an international aviation programme supporting aircraft maintenance, conversion, and modernization projects in Israel.

This is an exciting opportunity for aviation professionals with experience in aircraft assembly, manufacturing, or heavy maintenance who are looking to relocate internationally and contribute to world-class aerospace projects within a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do

Aircraft Maintenance & Assembly

• Perform aircraft cleaning during maintenance and conversion projects.

• Apply corrosion protection (Dinitrol) to aircraft components.

• Remove and install aircraft insulation.

• Remove, repair, sew, and install aircraft carpets.

• Perform paint removal using approved chemical or mechanical methods.

• Support aircraft assembly and maintenance activities following aviation quality standards.

Quality & Safety

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and maintenance procedures.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

• Work safely inside aircraft, hangars, and maintenance facilities.

• Follow all aviation safety and environmental procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with experienced aircraft maintenance teams.

• Support production schedules and project milestones.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

⭐ Aircraft cleaning.

⭐ Corrosion protection (Dinitrol).

⭐ Aircraft insulation installation.

⭐ Aircraft carpet installation and sewing.

⭐ Aircraft paint removal.

⭐ Aircraft conversion or heavy maintenance projects.

✔ Basic English reading and writing skills are an advantage.

Working Environment

• Two-shift operation (Sunday to Thursday).

• Overtime opportunities available.

• Work performed inside aircraft, hangars, and maintenance facilities.

• Exposure to industrial equipment, chemicals, and aviation maintenance environments.

• Work at heights using elevated work platforms when required.
