Responsibilities
• Work hands-on with customers using some of the most advanced and exciting technologies in the industry.
• Write and execute manual tests.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies such as Kafka, S3, Kubernetes, and more.
• Take ownership of testing environments and deployment processes.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain company solutions.
• Train customers on best practices, product capabilities, and performance optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Replicate customer environments and investigate network-related problems as needed.
• Use customer feedback and insights to improve products, technical documentation, and best practices.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities within existing customers.
Requirements
Must Have
• 1–3 years of experience as a Support Engineer in the tech industry.
• Strong Linux skills:
• Experience with Ubuntu and/or RHEL environments.
• Understanding of Linux networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to analyze system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging.
• Familiarity with SQL commands.
• Experience working with APIs and Postman.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
• Programming experience with Python and/or Pytest.
• Experience working in both AWS cloud and on-premise environments.
